Some of the technology providers used belong to international corporate groups or may use sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area. In particular, certain processing activities associated with Google or Meta services may involve international data transfers.
Where an international transfer takes place, one of the mechanisms provided for under the GDPR will apply, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable to the recipient, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other valid safeguards under Articles 45 et seq. of the GDPR.
GetResponse S.A. is established in Poland, within the European Economic Area. However, certain sub-processors used by GetResponse may be located in third countries, in which case the legally required safeguards will apply.
You can request further information on the safeguards applicable to international transfers by writing to contabilidad@camarenagastronomia.com.
10. Retention periods
Personal data will only be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, for the periods during which legal liability may arise.

Data linked to contractual relationships, purchases, orders or invoicing will be kept for as long as the relationship exists and, afterwards, duly restricted for the applicable statutory periods. Commercial and accounting records may be kept for six years where required under the Commercial Code, without prejudice to other applicable tax or legal time limits.
Data used for commercial communications will be kept until you withdraw your consent, request to unsubscribe, or exercise your right to object, after which only the minimum information necessary to evidence the unsubscribe or consent will be retained, where necessary.
Data associated with cookies and similar technologies will be kept for the periods set out in the Cookie Policy and according to each provider’s configuration.
11. Rights of data subjects
Where applicable, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also withdraw previously given consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, you can write to contabilidad@camarenagastronomia.com or write to Camarena y Moltó, S.L., Plaza Mercado Central, 46001 Valencia (Valencia), indicating the right you wish to exercise and providing the information necessary to identify your request. If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
12. Mandatory data and accuracy of information
Where a form indicates that certain data is mandatory, it must be provided in order to process the request, complete a purchase or provide the relevant service. Failure to provide this data may prevent us from properly dealing with the request.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the data provided is truthful, accurate and up to date. If you provide data belonging to third parties, you declare that you have a legitimate basis for doing so and that you have informed them where legally required.
13. Minors
The website and the contracting or subscription services are not specifically aimed at children under 14. Where consent is the legal basis for processing and the individual is under 14, it must be given or authorised by whoever holds parental authority or guardianship, in accordance with applicable law.
14. Information security
Camarena y Moltó, S.L. will apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect personal data against unauthorised destruction, loss, alteration, access, use or disclosure. Access to information will be restricted to those individuals and providers who need to process it for the purposes described in this policy.
15. Automated decision-making and profiling
Camarena y Moltó, S.L. does not make individual decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on the user or similarly significantly affect them. Third-party advertising and analytics tools may carry out their own segmentation or processing in accordance with their own terms and policies, always subject to the applicable consent settings on the website.
16. Cookies and consent management
The website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for it to function and, subject to prior authorisation where required, analytics, functional and advertising or marketing cookies or technologies. Certain tools strictly limited to audience measurement may be used without consent only where they meet all the applicable legal and technical requirements to be exempt.
